Concrete leveling and concrete lifting

Lift Rite Leveling can save you up to 50% of the cost replacing your sunken concrete sidewalks, driveways, pool decks, porches, slabs, garage floors, basement floors, and more!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our concrete leveling and lifting process is as simple as drill, pump, and patch.

How does polyurethane concrete lifting work?

A typical polyurethane concrete lifting job can take between 1-2 hours. This includes setup, preparation, injection, and cleanup. The area of concrete leveled can be used almost immediately.

Here is the typical process:

  1. Small 5/8" holes (size of a dime) are drilled in specific locations around the area to be treated.
  2. All of the material and equipment is self-contained within a trailer and hose, which is then extended to the area of sunken concrete to be lifted.
  3. Following proper setup procedures, we inject our high density polyurethane foam into the injection holes, where it expands to fill any voids beneath the sunken concrete, and begins to lift the concrete back to its correct position.
  4. After leveling the sunken concrete, the dime sized holes are filled with a waterproof product called XYPEX (fast setting hydraulic cement), and is ready for use within 15 minutes.
  5. Once complete, Lift Rite Leveling leaves your home looking like we were never there!

Drill, pump, and patch! Easy cleanup, no mess, and ready to use.

Concrete leveling and concrete lifting is immediate and leaves little trace it was ever done.

A faster, easier, and cost-effective option than replacement of your concrete

One of the most common questions we get is "Should I replace my concrete?" More often than not, they are happy to hear that the answer is NO!

Using polyurethane concrete lifting means they can have leveled concrete within minutes.

This saves our customers both time and money.

Raise your concrete up and avoid trip hazards using our concrete leveling and concrete lifting technology.

How does concrete lifting fix my problems?

Concrete settles over time due to a number of factors, which leads to improper water drainage towards a structure, undermining, trip hazards, and eventually the possibility of replacement.

Raising and lifting your concrete can correct the following issues:

  • Water drainage
  • Washout of subsoil
  • Cracking
  • Settling
  • Trip hazards (liability)
  • Foundation damage

We can perform various types of concrete lifting and concrete leveling projects.

Key differences between poly foam and mudjacking

Concrete leveling uses smaller holes than mud jacking, leaving a cleaner concrete leveling project.

Polyurethane foam has many benefits over old mudjacking methods. Key differences in using polyurethane over mudjacking:

  • Longer lasting
  • Less weight
  • Less waste
  • Less cleanup
  • Smaller holes

Mud jacking can wash away, over burden the soil, and cause concrete leveling failures.

Mudjacking Problems:

  • No quality control- Mixes can vary from job to job
  • Subject to freeze/thaw
  • Can wash away over time
  • Weighs almost 50 times more than poly
  • Leaves up to 2" holes in concrete
  • Can be extremely messy installation

Our concrete leveling and concrete lifting polyurethane foam weighs 50 times less than mud jacking

Did you know?

Did you know?

Did you know?

Poly foam weighs up to 50 times less than mudjacking materials

Mudjacking can "over-burden" the soil, causing the issue to worsen over time

Due to the variance in mixes, mudjacking has little to no quality control

Poly foam only leaves 5/8" holes (size of a dime) compared to up to 2" for mudjacking

Poly foam is NOT subject to washouts and freeze thaw cycles

Mudjacking?

Did you know?

Did you know?

One of the big benefits of raising concrete with polyurethane is the weight of the materials. This does not over-burden the soil and will not wash away, freeze, crack, or deteriorate like mud-jacking material can do.

Non-Intrusive

Did you know?

Non-Intrusive

Our concrete leveling process uses 5/8" holes to inject material unlike mudjacking, which uses up to 2" holes.

Our dime sized holes can hardly be seen after the work is completed.  This makes for a cleaner looking concrete leveling  project when complete.
